						The front door opens into a little hall, where there are hooks for hanging coats.  A glass door leads into the bright dining kitchen which has a maple floor and solid beech peninsular with two stools for casual dining.

						Adjacent to this is the all-white shower room with tiled and glazed MIRA shower, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point.  You’ll also find white towels and toiletries.
						Upstairs
						A carpeted staircase with maple stair rails leads up from the front door to a light, white-painted studio hung with pictures and prints and carpeted in soft yellow.
								There is a pair of charcoal grey sofas, a pale wood dining table with two dining chairs and a comfortable full-sized built-in double bed with quality sprung mattress, duvet and cotton bed linen.  A flat screen TV, DVD and CD player are provided.
						All rooms are heated by electric radiators (please note, these are fully adjustable and not storage heaters) and all electricity is included in the rental.  Water for the shower is instant; for the wash hand basin and kitchen sink there is an immersion heater.
